Abstract

The work describes and reflects on the experience in the development of the citizen training course called "The political theory in the city", which was carried out between the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations of the National University of Rosario and the National Historical Flag Monument during the 2019 year. The main objective of the course has been to approximate the citizen of the city of Rosario to contents that are part of the political thought –whose teaching and discussion is not present in the non-academic public space- in order to motivate well-founded reflections and interest in politics. To do this, professors from different careers of the National University of Rosario taught public classes organized from different classics of political theory in the Honor Gallery of the Flags of America of the mentioned Monument during the months of August, September and October.
