Abstract

The present work analyzes the aspects of the political and economic model of the countries that have transited through constitutional reforms that have incorporated indigenous principles based, primarily, on antagonistic world views that characterized the State, the economy and the integration developed in Latin America. The constitutional processes of Bolivia and Ecuador during the years 2008 and 2009 will be analyzed, due to their economies based on the extraction of natural resources and their participation in the space of integration named UNASUR.
