Abstract

In a context of globalization and boom of social media, diplomacy should no longer be studied without considering the great impact that the development of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT’s) and the Internet have had on it. For this reason, this article aims to analyze the most important changes and continuities in foreign policy during the execution of digital diplomacy of the second administration of Cristina Fernandez (2011-2015) and the first three years of Mauricio Macri (2015-2018).
