Abstract

This paper analyzes the relation between crisis and changes of world order by the conformation and action of G20. First we will analyze the process of open transformation caused by the world economic crisis that began in 2007. Then we will focus on the international problems of institutional structures. On its base we understand the formation of the G20 as a consequence as a result of a new dynamic scheme in the relations between the power of the different national actors. This changes allow us to understand the modifications of the G20 agenda during the past decade. Finally, we will do some final thoughts about the actual conformation of the international system and its problems.
