Abstract

The work addresses two nodal registers to think about some current guidelines, in the advance of the new right in the region. These records are: the undermine of the primordial signifiers of the progressive field and the dispute over meaning in the legal field.
These records are approached through specific situations that work as examples, to later expose ideas around them. In both, the dispute over public space it stresses, in a debate that is territorialized and finds embodies in the streets of different cities. Another insistence is linked to the dispute over the uses of the trident “memory, truth and justice” whose exclusive use corresponded almost entirely to human rights organizations. Currently, a mode of use has been opened that, abusing the fact that the uses are not exclusive to anyone, have undermined the set of meanings that had settled there. Used by opposites spaces, these meanings were called into question and from there complex problems linked to the delegitimization that has officiated such claims, in the use by carred out the Argentine right-wing arise.
