Based on the report made by the Commission for analysis and evaluation of responsibilities in the south atlantic conflict, of the testimonies, documents and analyses performed by minds that were planning and fighting the war; an analysis is carried out with new minds trying to reach the message that condenses the most important lessons for future planners of National Defense.
