The accelerated scientific technical development of the present-day society and his future projection, present new challenges to the professionals of the education of babyhood; demand of them an attitude of overcoming, that permit them to get up to date attending to the requirements that today represent the culture of diversity. It has become evident from the practice than of nothing it is worth the perfecting of the documents that they may exist from the theoretic point of view related with the attention to diversity, else you get perfect parallel to the person that utilizes them. The present article stems from an extensive bibliographic analysis and it centers his attention in the importance of the professional overcoming of the educator of the babyhood in the attention to children's diversity.
