Abstract

The article presents, through a sample of the news from the newspaper La Nación, an analysis based on the discourse of various subjects involved throughout the established conflict between the agro-industrial company "Vicentin" and the national government in during the first half of the year 2020. Through a qualitative-quantitative proposal we intend to enter in the characterizations disseminated by said hegemonic graphic medium, while also trying to account for the content of the sayings, the alliances forged and the frequencies of the characterizations issued. Thus, the objective will be to elucidate the conflict in a discursive-ideological plane raised by the aforementioned newspaper.
